How to change employee status?
Employee status can be changed from the Edit Employee screen. There can be three employee statuses which we have mentioned below:

Active
Active employees are able to login and use all features.
Employee status is set to Active when the employee verifies the invitation link sent to his/her email address.
Block from login
If the employee status is set to Block from login then the employee will not be able to login either in TraqNext web application nor in desktop application. When a login attempt is made, the employee will be notified about it.

Owner/Admin/Manager can view the data of blocked users, but it will be shown with a blocked icon.

User not verified
If the employee status is set to User not verified then it means the employee has not yet verified the invitation email link.
