Screencast

TraqNext desktop app automatically captures screenshots of all attached screens of a system during task tracking. Screenshots are captured after a specific time. To view screenshots, go to the TraqNext web app and click on Screencasts from the main menu.

NOTE: Please check the User Access Levels page to see which roles have access to this feature.

Admins and Owners can view screenshots for everyone in the organization. Managers can view screenshots for all employees they manage. Regular users can also view their own screencasts.

The screencast settings can be adjusted for each employee from the Manage Users page.
