Screencast

The TraqNext desktop app automatically captures screenshots of all attached screens during task tracking, taken at set intervals. To view captured screenshots, go to the TraqNext web app and click Screencasts in the main menu.

Who can view screenshots:

1. Admins and Owners can view screenshots for everyone in the organization.

2. Managers can view screenshots for the employees they manage.

3. Regular users can view only their own screencasts.

Adjusting screencast settings:

Screencast settings can be configured per employee from the Manage Users page.
