How can I Change Privacy Settings?

You can control how detailed your web and app tracking data is from Company Settings → Privacy Settings.

• Track website basic URL — Only stores the website/app name (no full URLs or page details). This appears when viewing an employee's details on the Web & App Usage page.

• Track website full URL (Extended) — Stores full URLs for more detailed reporting.

Note: Full URL tracking only starts capturing data after you enable this option — it doesn't apply retroactively to past activity.
