How can I Downgrade my Subscription Plan?

You can downgrade your TraqNext plan at any time from the Plans page.

Steps:

Go to the Plans page and click Downgrade on the plan you want.
If downgrading to the Standard plan, remove any Admin and Manager users first — the Standard plan only supports the Regular User role, so these roles must be reassigned or removed before the downgrade can go through.

Note: Any remaining credit from the downgrade is adjusted in your next billing cycle, rather than refunded immediately.
