How to edit employee tracking options?
Employee tracking options can be changed from the Manage Users page and this will have an immediate impact on employee tracking within a few minutes.
On the Manage Users page, click on the arrow-down button on each employee's card, and there appears a list of tracking options.

You can quickly change the following tracking options:
Activate Screenshot
If this option is enabled, then employee desktop screenshots will be taken during the tracking. Screenshots will be taken by the desktop application after specified time e.g. (10 min). The time can be set from the Screenshot time dropdown.

Blur Screenshot
If this option is enabled then a blur screenshot will be taken for the selected employee.
NOTE: This will only affect the new screenshots taken.

Can Edit Time
When this option is enabled, then an employee can add time from the Edit Time page.
NOTE: Any change made by the employee in the timeline shall be first approved by the manager (if exists) otherwise by the Admin/Owner, after the approval the time will be added as manual time for the employee.

Delete Screenshot
If this option is enabled, then employees can delete screenshots from the Screencast page, here you can choose the screenshots you want to delete and click on the Delete selected button.

Screenshot Time
From this dropdown you can set the time when the screenshot shall be taken. For example, if screencast timing is set to 10 min for an employee, then screenshots will be taken every 10 min for that employee if tracking is ON.

Timeout Tracking After
This option helps employees to keep focus on their work. For example, if Timeout tracking after is set to 10 min then an idle popup appears in TraqNext Desktop application after every 10 minutes, when the tracking is on but there is no mouse or keyboard activity for 10 min.
