How Long Does It Take to Sync Data Between the Desktop App and Reports?

The desktop application and the servers generally sync every 5 minutes. Here are some possible reasons for a delay in data syncing:

1. When there is no internet connection.

2. Antivirus or firewall restrictions.

3. Load on the server or the server is unavailable for upgrades etc.

Desktop application footer contains the total time which needs to be synched. Furthermore, if the application is not able to connect with the internet, then an internet disconnection symbol will appear in footer.
