How Long Does It Take to Sync Data Between the Desktop App and Reports?

The TraqNext desktop app typically syncs with the server every 5 minutes. If you notice a delay, it's usually caused by one of the following:

• No internet connection
• Antivirus or firewall restrictions blocking the app
• Server load, or temporary server unavailability during upgrades

The desktop app's footer shows the total time still waiting to sync. If the app can't connect to the internet, an internet disconnection icon appears in the footer as well.
