How to add manual time
Sometimes it might be unavoidable during your work routine to track time using TraqNext, e.g. a face-to-face meeting or visit to the customer's premises. There can also be other situations where you have forgotten to switch the task in TraqNext and have tracked a lot of time for one task and this needs to be adjusted.
To cover-up these situations, TraqNext provides a feature in the web application to add missed time (e.g. time invested in a meeting) or you can edit the time tracked against any task and divide it between multiple tasks.
Any change made by an employee in the edit time page shall be first approved by the manager (if exists) otherwise by Admin/Owner, after the approval the time will be added as manual time for the employee.

You can edit the time from the Edit Time page if the permission is enabled by the admin or owner.
Simply click the edit button, enter the start and end time, add the project and task name, and then click the save icon.

Once the admin approves, the time will be displayed.
