Account Setup

Setting up TraqNext gives you a free 14-day trial with full access to all features. After the trial ends, some features are disabled unless you upgrade to a paid plan — you can upgrade anytime during or after the trial, and you'll get a reminder as the trial period wraps up.

Steps to set up your account:

Go to the TraqNext website, scroll down, and click Start Free Trial.

Fill in your details: Name, Email address, Mobile number, Company name, and Description.

Click Start Free Trial, then click Activate Trial on the next screen.

Your email is pre-filled — enter a secure password and click Sign Up.

Fill in a few additional details about your company.

Enter your first and last name, then click Submit.

Choose to either:
- Click Invite Users to go straight to the Invite Members page, or
- Click Upgrade Plan to go to the Plans page, or
- Click Close & Continue to skip both and head to your dashboard.

Once you're in, your TraqNext Dashboard starts populating with activity as soon as your team begins tracking time — giving you visibility into progress and performance from day one.
