How to Find Your Application Logs File?
Logs files greatly help Support to investigate any issues that may have happened with your application. If our Support Team asks you to locate and send us your log files, follow the steps below.
Windows
Steps:
Open My Computer/This PC and navigate to the following path: C:\ProgramData\TraqNext\Logs
If you can’t see the AppData folder, it may be because it’s hidden by default. To see it, you’ll need to display your hidden folders.
To show hidden files and folders:
• In Windows 7: Click on the Organize menu in any Windows file folder and select Folder and search options.
• In Windows 10: Click on the View menu and then mark the Hidden items option from right side.
MacOS
Open the Finder by clicking Go at the top of the screen. Select Go to Folder and paste the following path in the pop-up window:
~/Library/Application Support/[application name]
